Title and context <\/strong>
I named this painting 'The Astronomer' because it reflects my fascination with the universe and the mysteries it holds. Looking up at the stars and thinking about the infinity of the cosmos, I wanted to capture that feeling of wonder and discovery.<\/p>\n

Colours and Emotions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Colour palette<\/u> :
I chose reds, oranges and purples to represent the energy and warmth I associate with space exploration. These intense colours also evoke distant nebulae and galaxies, adding a mystical dimension to the work.<\/p>\n

Energy and Movement <\/strong>
The lines and geometric shapes I've used create a sense of movement and dynamism. This symbolises the constant journey and perpetual search of astronomers, always on the lookout for new discoveries. The black accents add depth and represent the unknown areas of the universe, while the lighter shades bring hope and light.<\/p>\n

Techniques and textures<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical<\/span> :
For this painting, I used successive layers of paint, creating varied textures that add richness and complexity to the work. I also incorporated bold brushstrokes to reinforce the idea of movement and energy.<\/p>\n

Each element of this painting has been carefully thought out to evoke feelings of curiosity and infinity.
